Financial Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
- Post business cash receipts
- Assemble receipts from all campuses in preparation of paying bills
- Issue purchase orders to all campus/support staff
- Audit and review bills
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Reconcile monthly agency bank statements
- Process accounts payables
