Karen Rikard, Director of Human Resources
Karen Rikard joined the BCV staff in 2018 as Director of Human Resources. She comes to us from a non-profit organization and has previously assisted in various human resource roles. She and her husband, Gary, live in Madison, Mississippi and have a daughter named Laura as well as two foster sons . She has a heart for children in foster care as her daughter was adopted from a children’s home. She has also been on multiple mission trips to Honduras to spend time with foster children.
