Job Responsibilities:

  1. Post business cash receipts 
  2. Assemble receipts from all campuses in preparation of paying bills
  3. Issue purchase orders to all campus/support staff
  4. Audit and review bills 
  5. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
  6. Provide administrative support during budget preparation
  7. Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  8. Reconcile monthly agency bank statements
  9. Process accounts payables
